Al Khaleej Valet Parking Dubai provides professional valet parking services for hotels, restaurants, malls, hospitals, corporate events, weddings, private parties, and other venues.

3. Booking and Service Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A service booking is considered confirmed only after we approve it by phone, WhatsApp, email, or written confirmation.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide correct booking details such as event location, date, timing, and expected number of vehicles. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Vehicle Handover

When you hand over your vehicle to our valet staff, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the vehicle is in safe driving condition.

6. Personal Belongings

Please do not leave cash, jewelry, mobile phones, laptops, documents, or other valuable items inside the vehicle. Al Khaleej Valet Parking Dubai is not responsible for lost personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care while handling all vehicles. However, we are not responsible for:

• Existing damage already on the vehicle
• Mechanical or electrical issues not caused by our staff
• Loss of personal items left in the vehicle
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control

Any issue or damage claim should be reported immediately before leaving the venue.

8. Payments

All service charges must be paid as agreed at the time of booking. For corporate or event bookings, payment terms may be shared separately in the quotation or invoice.

9. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking, please inform us as early as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the booking type, timing, and staff arrangements already made.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:

• the booking information is false or misleading,
• the vehicle is unsafe to drive,
• the customer behaves abusively toward our staff,
• or the service cannot be performed safely.

All content on this website, including text, logos, and images, belongs to Al Khaleej Valet Parking Dubai and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Changes to Terms
